Employing Ability continues the conversation of social capital, meaningful participation, and inclusion in our community with a focus on employment and employment services. This fifth annual Coming Together conference is designed for families and individuals 14+ with developmental disability or autism. Service Coordination encourages persons with disabilities to participate.

Meet George, a Participant of Case Management at Service Coordination
Karen knows the advocacy and determination that comes with having a child with many disabilities. She and George, her 18-year-old son, have faced more uncertainty than most. They lived for 21 months at a hotel while waiting for City of Ottawa affordable housing after her marriage ended. Karen and George have now found stability and support.
