Service Coordination and Me
ABOUT THIS BOOKLET
Service Coordination for People with Developmental Disabilities (SCS) is a non-profit, provincially funded agency that helps people and their families identify their needs, plan for, and connect with community resources. We serve adults and children with a developmental disability, and children with autism spectrum disorder, on a voluntary basis.
This booklet will help you understand what you can expect from Service Coordination and will also tell you about your rights and your responsibilities.
You will also learn about different types of abuse, how you can stay safe and how to protect your privacy.
